This add-on contains 3 matter types to structure Barrister’s case types:

Direct Public Access Instructions
Instruction by Intermediaries
Instructions by Solicitors

The workflow consists of some basic steps taking you through initial contact to close. You can then decide to move to the “Close” step at any point in the case or choose one of the “Contentious” or “Non-Contentious” paths depending on how the case progresses. You can extend or modify this workflow as you see fit.

These workflows have been configured to include all current Bar Standard Board (BSB) standard document templates

The data fields in this matter type feed into both the workflow and the document templates, but can be edited to include additional fields and additional dropdown selection options. Should you make any changes to the data collection groups, make sure to update the document templates and workflows accordingly.

This Add-on includes List Views that allows you to sort and filter matters by “Active” or “Archived”.
